My husband and I own a small home that we are making available for executive, short term or extended-stay rentals.  We are contacting local colleges and businesses who may have visiting clients, staff, interviewees, etc. who would appreciate a furnished home more than a small hotel room.   We are flexible about rental times from a couple of days to a few months.  Longer or shorter rentals can be arranged.  Normally, we have a two night minimum stay.  Our goal is to develop a relationship with local businesses, so a one night stay is not out of the question.  

 

The home has central heating and air conditioning and large closets.   The unit is cleaned between guests, but not daily.  Mowing or snow removal is included.  Owners live within a few blocks and are available if there are issues.

 

The home is located at 1805 Kentucky in the historic district and with central access to Quincy.  It has a small detached garage for one car or on-street parking.  It is about 1200 square foot, two bedroom, that sleeps up to 5 (one king in main bedroom, a full and twin in the second bedroom).   The house comes with a fully furnished kitchen, dishes, pots and pans, microwave, etc.  as well as a gas grill outside.  All sheets, towels, included.  There is a washer and dryer. 

 

There is a television in the main bedroom and living room, both smart tv’s as well as antenna for local channels.  Wi-fi is provided.

The mid-century home is clean and charming and would make a visit to Quincy comfortable and affordable compared to a hotel.   Prices include all utilities. There is a $25.00 cleaning fee for each visit as well as a security deposit of $100.00 for stays less than one month and $800 for longer stays, fully refundable.

Payment will be 50% of first week/month's stay to secure booking and payment for the full first week/month at the beginning of the stay.   Cancellations can be made up to 72 hours before stay with a full refund.  Book by contacting owners.  The calendar below shows availability.
